摘要
乘用车底盘球铰链是底盘悬架系统里面重要的组成部分,其主要作用是,传递和承载力作用、转向和导向、连接支撑横向稳定杆和摆臂等部件。其运动复杂,受力也复杂。球铰链是一个金属与非金属小总成,各散件之间需要精密匹配。由于结构和使用环境等原因,设计时要考虑磨损特性和密封特性。文章从不同乘用车底盘形式中的球铰链结构种类、相应散件材料选择、受力分类和开发试验大纲几个方面对球铰链进行论述,为其开发提供了框架性指导。
Ball joint is an important part of chassis suspension of passenger car, its main function is: bear and transfer load; steer and guide; support and link parts like stabilisator and control arm. Its movement and stress are complex; ball joint is a metal and non-metal assembly, so it needs precise matches of sub-parts. Because of file structure and environment file sealing and wear characteristics should be considered in design. This paper discusses file structure variety of ball joints in different passenger car chassis forms, material of sub-parts, load and test outline, provides a frame guide for this part development.
