摘要
驱动桥差速器在重载工况下经常出现壳体和垫片异常磨损的情况,影响了齿轮啮合甚至造成齿轮打齿、齿根断裂等严重失效。文章对某驱动桥总成进行差速器齿轮垫片耐磨性试验,对比了两种不同材料、工艺的差速器齿轮垫片和壳体的磨损量。通过对试验后的润滑状况和齿轮侧隙的计算对比,指出了双金属垫片-差壳摩擦副低磨损量的优越性,并提出了的垫片的合理厚度公差、金属厚度和油槽方式,为驱动桥差速器技术升级提供了技术支持。
The abnormal wear of the case and spacers in the heavy load condition is often found in the drive axles differential, which affects the gear meshing and even causes the serious failure of the gear tooth root fracture. In this paper, the wear resistance of differential gear spacers of drive axles assembly is tested and compared with the wear amount of differential gear spacers and case made of two different materials and processes. Through the comparison of the lubrication condition after the test and the calculation of the backlash of the gear, the superiority of the low wear amount of the double metal spacers is pointed out, and the reasonable thickness tolerance and the way of the oil slot for the spacers are put forward to provide the technical support for the technical upgrading of the drive axles differential .
