摘要
电控空气干燥器在国内商用车领域尚属初始推广应用,文章介绍电控干燥器工作原理,以空气再生气耗比参数为基础,对机械式和电控式干燥器的再生控制进行理论分析,结合整车贮气筒压缩空气的露点降实例验证电控干燥器的干燥效果优于传统机械干燥器,总结电控干燥器在燃油经济性、安全性等技术优势,为商用车空气处理系统干燥器的技术提升提供指导依据。
Electric controlled air dryer has just begun to be applied to domestic commercial vehicle.This paper introduces the principle of electric controlled air dryer. Based on the air regenerated consumption ratio, the regeneration control of mechanical and electric controlled air dryers is theoretically analyzed. Combined with dew point reduction of compressed air in vehicle storage tank, the drying effect of electric controlled dryer is better than mechanical dryer. The electric drier has advantages in terms of fuel economy and safety. It provides guidance for technology improvement of drier for commercial vehicle air handling system.
