汽车零部件BOM数据是企业运营的核心信息,准确的BOM数据是提升企业运营能力的必要保障。BOM数据为生产组织、物料筹措、财务核算等业务提供信息支撑,但同时BOM的升级、代用、变更及传递又会迅速放大其错误,因而,随着企业不断发展及壮大,采购、财务及生产部门对BOM数据的准确性要求也越来越高。文章主要介绍生产单位建立自有MBOM系统重要性及管控MBOM准确性方式。

Auto parts BOM data is the core information of enterprise operation, accurate BOM data is necessary to enhance the operation capacity of enterprises. BOM data provide information support for the production organization, material raising, financial accounting and other business. At the same time, file escalation, substitution, change and transmission of BOM will quickly enlarge its errors. As the enterprises continue to develop and grow, file requirements for the accuracy of BOM data in the procurement, financial and production departments are becoming higher and higher. This paper mainly introduces file importance of establishing MBOM system for production units and file way to control MBOM accuracy.
