Performance Comparison of Three ELISA Kits for Detecting Bovine Serum Albumin Content in Classical Swine Fever Vaccine

为对比3个不同厂家生产的用于检测猪瘟疫苗中牛血清蛋白含量的ELISA试剂盒的优劣,通过绘制标准曲线和检测18个猪瘟疫苗样品中牛血清蛋白的含量,对比3种试剂盒的稳定性、特异性。结果发现,试剂盒C表现出较好的稳定性和可重复性,但如用于常规疫苗的质量控制还需要进一步的试验验证。

In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of three ELISA kits for detecting bovine serum albumin content in swine fever vaccines from three different manufacturers, the stability and specificity of three ELISA kits were compared through plotting the standard curve and detecting the bovine serum albumin content in 18 samples of classical swine fever vaccine. The results showed that the kit C showed good stability and repeatability, but further validation was needed for routine vaccine quality control of a conventional vaccine.
