摘要
探讨化工学科高校专利申请及其激励政策,对保持化工学科优势、提高专利申请水平、促进科技进步和经济发展具有重要的指导意义.利用国家知识产权局和CNKI专利数据库,应用IPC分类法探究六所化工学科强势高校专利申请的主要研究领域分布、发展程度及专利申请的趋势.结果表明,发明类专利数量高于其他类别的专利,申请数量体现学科优势和政策反应;化工学科高校专利申请主要集中于C部和G部,不同子领域中各高校的研究优势、专利发展程度和专利成长态势具有差异性;最后,从"国家-学校-学科"三个层面提出化工学科高校专利申请的激励政策.
It is significant to explore patent application of chemical engineering in Chinese universities and its incentive policy for maintaining the discipline advantages of chemical engineering, improving the patent application level, and promoting scientific and technological progress and economic development. Based on the IPC classification method, the State Intellectual Property Office and CNKI patent database are used to analyze the distribution of major research fields, the degree of development, and the trend of patent applications of the six Chinese universities with advantages in chemical engineering. The results show that the number of invention patents is higher than that of other kinds of patents, and the number of applications reflects the advantages of the discipline and policy responses. The patent applications of chemical engineering mainly focus on the research department C and G. Among different sub-fields, the research advantages, patent development and the trend of patent growth are different in the six universities. Finally, the incentive policies are put forward from the aspects of " state-university-discipline".
