Discussion on Application of Teaching Model of Problem-solving in the Experiments Teaching of Medicinal Chemistry

问题解决教学模式相对于传统教学模式极大地提高了学生的积极性、主动性,广泛应用于多种学科的教学中.依据药学化学学科的特点阐述了问题解决教学模式在"药物化学"实验教学中应用的必要性,并在"药物化学"实验教学中进行实践、总结以及深入探讨问题解决教学模式实施的原则及过程,为其他教学模式的研究提供参考.

The teaching mode of Problem-solving, a new teaching mode, began in 1980s. Compared with traditional teaching mode, the teaching mode of problem-solving can greatly improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students. Up to now it has been widely used in the teaching of many subjects. According to the characteristics of medicinal chemistry, we elaborated the necessity of application of teaching model of problem- solving in the experiments of medicinal chemistry, carried out the teaching model in our teaching of the experiments of medicinal chemistry, and summarized achievements in the teaching activities mentioned above. Moreover, principles and procedure on implementation of teaching model of problem-solving were discussed further. Those would give a reference for investigation of other teaching models.
