摘要
以创新周期理论为研究基础,运用主成分分析法,对1999-2015年相关数据构造出香港科技创新景气指数。根据指数结果显示,香港科技创新景气状态在回归的近20年先后经历了平稳振动期和剧烈波动期。同时将香港与深圳进行比较,探析香港融入粤港澳大湾区、打造"深港创新圈"的重要性。
Based on the innovation cycle theory and using principal component analysis,the Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Climate Index is constructed upon relevantdata from 1999 to 2015. According to the results of the index, Hong Kong’s technological innovationboom has experienced a period of steady vibration and violent fluctuations in the past 20 years. Through comparison with Shenzhen, it explores the importance of integrating into theGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area and building the Shenzhen-Hong Kong InnovationCircle.
