目的分析城市大规模伤亡事件伤员检伤分类特点,基于微信小程序设计伤情快速评估系统。方法从伤员检伤分类标准及特点出发,选择院前指数法构建智能伤情伤势判定规则,设计基于微信小程序的伤员伤情快速评估系统。结果基于微信小程序的伤员伤情快速评估系统在灾害现场应用中无需额外设备,使用快捷方便,可有效提高伤员检伤分类速度,为后续治疗后送提供指导建议。结论基于微信小程序的伤员伤情快速评估系统能够有效提高伤员检伤分类效率,为大规模伤亡事件信息化检伤分类提供参考。

Objective To analyze the classification characteristics of the casualties in the city＇s mass casualties incidents, and to design a rapid injury assessment system based on the WeChat applet. Methods According to the classification criteria and characteristics of the wounded, the pre - hospital index method was adopted to construct the rules of the injury assessing, and a rapid assessment system for casualties based on WeChat applets was designed. Results The rapid injury assessment system based on the WeChat applet does not require additional equipment when applied in disaster site. It can be used quickly and easily, and effectively increase the speed of injury triage and provide guidance for Mlow - up treatment.
