Discussion on the Systematic Management Path of Hospital Patent Rights

通过分析医院专利权管理现状,探讨建立医院专利权系统化管理路径,转变医院为获得专利权而研发的数量型管理模式,实现以改进临床工作、服务患者为目的应用型管理模式。医院专利权系统化管理路径分为三个阶段、九个环节,即研发阶段:检索项目、评估项目、确认项目、研发项目、形成成果;授权阶段:申报专利、专利授权;转化阶段:专利转化、专利维权。

By analyzing the status quo of hospital patent rights management, this paper explores the estab- lishment of a systematic management path for a hospital＇s patent rights and its transformation from the quantitative management model developed by the hospital for obtaining patent rights to the application -oriented management model for improving the clinical practice and serving the patients. The systematic management path of hospital patent rights is divided into three stages and nine aspects. The research and development stage includes project retrieval, evaluation, confirmation, research and development, and results formation; the authorization stage includes patent application and authorization; and the transformation stage includes patent transformation and maintenance.
