摘要
针对港珠澳跨海大桥桥梁检修车数量多、分布散,桥梁维护和动力补给工作量大、效率低等问题,设计了桥梁检修车智能管理系统.该智能管理系统通过工业控制计算机、以太网、Zigbee无线定位及利用无线数传技术、GPRS通信技术、地理信息系统(GIS)、管理信息技术等,构建了一个集中式的信息化平台,对桥梁检修车进行智能综合管理,方便桥梁及设备的维护.使用该系统实现了桥梁检修车全方位管理,提高了桥梁维护和检测的效率,对桥梁的安全和使用寿命有极大的促进作用.
In view of the large number and wide distribution of bridge inspection vehicles, and heavy workload for bridge maintenance and power supply as well as low efficiency in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge, this paper designs an intelligent management system for bridge inspection vehicles. This intelligent management system uses the industrial control computer, Ethernet, Zigbee wireless location, wireless data transmission technology, GPRS communication technology, geographic information systems, management information technology, etc. to establish a centralized information platform for intelligent comprehensive management of bridge inspection vehicles, which facilitates the maintenance of bridges and equipment. The proposed system can realize the all-rotmd management of bridge inspection vehicles, and improve the efficiency of bridge maintenance and bridge detection, thus greatly promoting the safety and service life of the bridge.
