摘要
本文以钢渣为掺合料制备泡沫混凝土,研究了钢渣替代水泥量、单位体积发泡剂掺量对钢渣-泡沫混凝土力学性能和干体积密度的影响。实验结果表明:单位体积凝土中发泡剂掺量一定时,随着钢渣替代水泥量的增加,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度呈逐渐下降趋势,而干体积密度却不断增加,当替代量为50%时,干体积密度增加43.3%;当钢渣掺量在20%时,随着单位体积发泡剂掺量增加,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和干体积密度呈下降趋势。
In this paper,the effect of steel slag on the mechanical properties, dry volume density and water absorption of steel slag foam concrete is studied by using steel slag as the admixture to prepare foam concrete. The experimental results show that when the amount of foaming agent in the unit volume foam concrete is certain, the compressive strength of the foam concrete decreases gradually with the increase of the replacement of cement, while the dry volume density and water absorpotion increase continuously. When the replacement amount is 50% , the dry volume density increases by 43.3%. When the content of steel slag was 20% , the compressive strength and &dry volume density of the foam concrete decreased with the increase of the amount of foaming agent in the unit volume.
