摘要
蒸压加气混凝土是一种多孔、均质的墙体材料,是以粉煤灰、石灰为主要原料,经过科学配料、搅拌、预养、切割、蒸压养护等工艺后制成的。成品的性能很大程度上取决于气孔结构。本文简述了蒸压加气混凝土中孔的分类、形成过程、影响因素,从如何控制孔结构角度探讨分析孔结构对成品强度的影响。
Autoclaved aerated concrete is a porous, homogeneous wall material made fi'om fly ash and lime as the main raw materials, after scientific ingredients, mixing, pre - feeding, cutting, autoclaving and other processes. The performance of the finished product is highly dependent on the pore structure. This paper briefly describes the classification, formation process and influencing factors of the pores in autoclaved aerated concrete. From the perspective of how to control the pore structure, the infuluence of pore structure on the strength of finished products is discussed.
