影响混凝土表观状态的因素及处理方法的研究

摘要 在固定混凝土配合比以及其他实验条件相同的条件下,研究了引气剂、降粘剂、涂膜剂和成型模板对混凝土表观状态的影响研究。实验结果表明引气剂加量,混凝土粘度、涂膜剂以及成型模板对混凝土表观状态影响较大,减少引气剂掺量,降低混凝土粘度,采用水性涂膜剂以及光滑平整的试模,可以使得混凝土在成型硬化后表面气孔数量降低,极大提高混凝土表观状态。 Fixed concrete mix ratio and other experimental conditions had the same conditions, the effect of air entraining agent, viscosity reducer, coating agent and molding template on the apparent state of concrete were researched. The experimental results indicated that the dosage of air entraining agent, concrete viscosity,coating agent and molding template had great influence on the apparent state of concrete. The stoma number of the hardened concrete was reduced by reducing the amount of air entraining agent, concrete viscosity and using the water- based coating agent, smooth test mode, which greatly improved the apparent state of concrete.
