Study on Construction Technology of Large-diameter Inserted Cast Iron Pipe Installation

大直径球墨铸铁承插管道采用T型承插式柔性接口,胶圈密封,安装方便,节约施工成本。然而,富水地区的大直径承插铸铁管道安装施工还是存在一些安全问题,为此,本文通过工程实践,提出了可行性的施工技术,取得了很好的社会效益。

The large diameter ductile iron tube adopts the T - type plug lype flexible interface, the rubber ring seal, the installation is convenient, and the construction cost is saved. However,there are still some safely problems in the installation and construction of large diameter east iron pipe in water - rich area. Therefore, this paper puts forward the feasible construction technology through the engineering practice, and has achieved a good social benefit.
