摘要
采用自编女大学生职业决策自我效能感调查问卷,对142名中国女大学生和131名韩国女大学生进行调查研究,发现两国女大学生在职业决策自我效能感方面存在显著差异。建议我国高校加强与企业的合作,搭建专门的就业咨询和信息共享平台,扩大女大学生获取就业信息的渠道;优化传统职业发展就业指导课程,有针对性地向女大学生进行就业指导,帮助她们精准定位就业方向,提升就业信心;同时开展形式多样的就业宣传活动,使女大学生通过了解就业情境,培养准确全面的自我评价能力。
The author used the self-made female college students' occupation decision-making self-efficiency questionnaire to investigate the randomly selected China's 142 female students and 131 South Korean female students. It was found that there were significant differences in career decision-making self-efficiency among female college students. So it is suggested that Chinese universities need to cooperate with enterprise, setting up a special employment consultation and information sharing platform, expanding employment information channels for the female college students; optimizing the traditional occupation development course of employment guidance, and they also need to aim at employment guidance for the female students and students from families in difficulties, helping them pinpoint the career direction, enhancing their confidence and carrying out more publicity activities of employment; simulating all kinds of employment scenes so that students can understand the employment situation through a variety of ways to cultivate comprehensive and accurate self appraisal ability.
