个案管理对乳腺癌患者化疗期间遵医行为及生活质量的影响

The effect of administration of individual cases on treatment compliance and living quality in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy

目的:探讨个案管理对提高乳腺癌患者化疗期间遵医行为及生活质量的效果。方法:按所在病区将106例乳腺癌术后患者分为观察组和对照组各53例;对照组按照常规护理,观察组接受个案管理护理实践,对两组首次化疗时(护理前)、出院3个月后(护理后)患者遵医行为的执行情况、癌性疲乏及生存质量进行统计学分析。结果:观察组按时复查比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组癌因性疲乏程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组躯体功能、角色、认知、情绪、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个案管理有助于提升乳腺癌患者化疗期间遵医行为的执行,有助于减少其癌性疲乏,提升其生活质量。

Objective： To discuss the effect of administration of individual cases on improving treatment compliance and quality of life for breast cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods： 106 breast cancer patients were derided into two groups according to infected patch： observation group and matched group （n=53）. The administration of individual cases was used in observation group, while routine nursing care and follow-up were in matched group. The treatment compliance, cancerous fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups at the first time of chemotherapy and 3 months after leaving hospital. Results： The ratio of rechecking at regular time was higher than that in observation group（P〈0.05）, cancerous fatigue was less serious in observation group （P〈0.05）, and the grade in somatic function, role, mood, social function were more higher in observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The administration of individual cases can improve reatment compliance and quality of life and alleviate the cancerous fatigue.
