糖皮质激素联合异丙嗪治疗肺结核大咯血临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with promethazine in the treatment of massive hemoptysis due to pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨糖皮质激素联合异丙嗪治疗肺结核合并大咯血的临床疗效和安全性。方法:收治肺结核合并大咯血患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明止血,治疗组在对照组基础上加用糖皮质激素及异丙嗪治疗,比较两组止血效果。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论:糖皮质激素联合异丙嗪治疗肺结核大咯血效果显著,可降低死亡率。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of glucocorticoid combined with promethazine in the treatment of massive hemoptysis due to pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods：80 patients with massive hemoptysis due to pulmonary tuberculosis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with pituitrin and phentolamine,and the treatment group was treated with glucocorticoid and promethazine on the basis of the control group,we compared the hemostatic effects of the two groups.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with promethazine in the treatment of massive hemoptysis due to pulmonary tuberculosis was significant,it can reduce the mortality rate.
