闭合复位术与有限切开术治疗长骨关节复杂骨折的效果对比

Effect comparison of closed reduction and limited incision in the treatment of complex fractures of long bone joint

目的:探讨闭合复位术与有限切开术治疗下肢长骨关节复杂骨折的效果。方法:收治下肢长骨关节复杂骨折患者1 000例,分为试验组与对照组。对照组采用闭合复位术,试验组采用有限切开术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组平均手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间及术后骨折愈合时间均优于对照组,术后优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有限切开术治疗下肢长骨关节复杂骨折患者可有效促进患者术后机体恢复。

Objective：To explore the effect of closed reduction and limited incision in the treatment of complex fractures of long bone joint.Methods：1000 patients with complex fractures of long bone joint were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with closed reduction,and the experimental group was treated with limited incision,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the experimental group,the average operation time, the amount of bleeding,the time of hospitalization and the healing time after the operation were all superior to those of the control group,and the excellent and good rate after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Limited incision can effectively promote the recovery of the body in the treatment of complex fractures of long bone joint.
