摘要
目的:探讨早期肠内营养在肠系膜上动脉综合征中的应用价值。方法:收治肠系膜上动脉综合征患者40例,采用早期肠内营养保守治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:40例患者十二指肠梗阻状况明显改善,体脂率增长明显,临床症状改善,肠系膜上动脉夹角增大明显。结论:早期肠内营养在肠系膜上动脉综合征中的应用价值显著。
Objective：To explore the application value of early enteral nutrition in superior mesenteric artery syndrome.Methods：40 patients with superior mesenteric artery syndrome were selected,they were treated with early enteral nutrition conservative
treatment,we observed the therapeutic effect.Results：The duodenal obstruction in 40 patients was significantly improved,the
growth rate of body fat was obvious,and the clinical symptoms were improved,the angle of the superior mesenteric artery was
significantly increased.Conclusion：The application value of early enteral nutrition in superior mesenteric artery syndrome wassignificant.
