布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床观察

Clinical observation of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of asthma in children

目的:探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法:收治儿童哮喘急性发作患儿88例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作具有显著效果,可缩短症状消失时间,减少不良反应。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of asthma in children.Methods：88 cases of children with acute attack of asthma were selected,they wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with atomization inhalation of salbutamol,and the observation group added with budesonide on the basis of the control group,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the time of symptom disappearance was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of asthma in children was significant,it can shorten the time of symptom disappearanceand reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
