3种成人包皮手术疗效比较

Comparison on the curative effect of three kinds of adult circumcision

目的:探讨成人包皮的最佳手术方式。方法:收治成人包皮过长、包茎手术患者66例,随机分为传统环切组、环套结扎组、一次性环切缝合器组。结果:一次性环切缝合器疼痛程度最轻,外观满意度高。环套结扎组疼痛程度最重,且疼痛呈U型曲线,手术初期和掉环时疼痛最重。传统环切组疗效与手术者经验水平正相关,外观满意度不高。结论:推荐一次性环切缝合器,次选传统环切术,不推荐环套结扎术。

Objective：To explore the best surgical method for adult prepuce.Methods：66 adult patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis were randomly divided into the conventional circumferential group,the ring ligation group and the disposable circumcision suture group.Results：The disposable circumcision suture apparatus had the lowest degree of pain and the satisfaction degree of appearance was high.The pain was the heaviest in ring ligation group,and the pain was U curve.The curative effect of traditional circumferential group is positively related to the experience level of surgeons,and the appearance satisfaction is not high.Conclusion：The disposable circumcision suture device is recommended,and the traditional circumcision is the next.
