探讨肝胆外科手术后胆漏的原因及防治措施

Causes and preventive measures of bile leakage after operation in department of hepatobiliary surgery

目的:探讨肝胆外科手术后胆漏的原因及防治措施。方法:收治肝胆外科手术患者380例,2例出现胆漏,分析胆漏出现原因,并寻找针对性的防治措施。结果:2例胆漏患者在住院期间均痊愈,治愈率达100%,无其他并发症出现。结论:肝胆外科手术后胆漏的原因多种多样,为有效挽救患者生命,临床上要积极寻找科学合理的方式对患者进行治疗。

Objective：To explore the causes and preventive measures of bile leakage after operation in department of hepatobiliarysurgery.Methods：380 patients with operation in department of hepatobiliary surgery were selected,2 cases had bile leakage,we analyzed the causes of bile leakage,and found targeted preventive measures.Results：2 cases of bile leakage were cured duringhospitalization,the cure rate was 100%,there were no other complications.Conclusion：The causes of bile leakage after operation in department of hepatobiliary surgery were varied,in order to effectively save patients＇ lives,we should actively seek a scientific andreasonable way to treat patients.
