某院结核病转诊情况分析与控制策略探讨

Analysis of referral status and control strategy of tuberculosis in a hospital

目的:探讨2015-2017年转诊的313例结核病信息,找出转诊过程中存在的问题,为提高结核病防治和规范管理能力提供依据。方法:对2015年1月-2017年12月所有结核转诊病例进行分析。结果:2015年1月-2017年12月转诊结核病例313例,主要为门诊就诊者;男性明显高于女性;年龄13～96岁,≥61岁组比例明显增高;转诊到位并确诊302例。结论:医疗机构应努力做到早发现、早转诊,同时加大宣传力度,提高首诊医生责任心,提高转诊到位率。

Objective：To explore the information of 313 tuberculosis cases with transfer treatment from 2015 to 2017,to find outthe problems in referral process,and provide basis for improving TB prevention and cure and normative management ability.Methods：We analyzed all TB referral cases from January 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital.Results：From January 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital,a total of 313 TB cases were referral,the number of outpatient visits was the most.Men were obviously higher than women.Age was 13 to 96 years old,the proportion of the group over 61 years old was significantly higher.The referral of 302 cases was in place and 302 cases were confirmed.Conclusion：Medical institutions should strive for early detection and early referral,at the same time,should increase the intensity of propaganda,improve the responsibility of the first doctor, improve the rate of referral in place.
