严重粉碎性髌骨骨折手术治疗的体会

Experience on surgical treatment of severe comminuted patellar fracture

目的:探讨严重粉碎性髌骨骨折手术治疗的方法。方法:收治髌骨骨折患者25例,对其实行髌前多枚克氏针钢丝张力带治疗,同时,采用钢丝环扎内固定方法。结果:术后患者没有出现感染、克氏针、钢丝滑脱或者断裂现象,Lysholm膝关节功能评分优良率为96%。结论:对于严重粉碎性髌骨骨折患者,采取手术和固定方法,效果良好,可保全髌骨。

Objective：To explore the surgical treatment of severe comminuted patellar fracture.Methods：25 patients with patellarfracture were treated with Kirschner wire tension band in front of patella.Results：There was no infection,Kirschner wire,steel wire slippage or breakage after operation.The excellent and good rate of Lysholm knee function score was 96%.Conclusion：For patients with severe comminuted patellar fracture,the above treatment and fixation methods are effective and can preserve patella.
