复方鳖甲软肝片对乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者的临床研究

Clinical study on FuFangBieJiaRuanGan tablets in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis in the compensation period

目的:探讨复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的效果。方法:收治乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方鳖甲软肝片治疗。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清ALT、AST、TBIL、LN、HA、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:复方鳖甲软肝片可有效改善乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者肝功能,阻止纤维化,一定程度上能逆转肝硬化。

Objective：To explore the effect of FuFangBieJiaRuanGan tablets in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods：86 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir,and the observation group was given FuFangBieJiaRuanGan tablets on the basis of the treatment given in the control group.Results：Afterthe treatment,the levels of serum ALT,AST,TBIL,LN,HA,PC-Ⅲ and Ⅳ -C in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment（P〈0.01）,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：FuFangBieJiaRuanGan tablet can effectively improve the liver function of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,and prevent liver fibrosis,and also can reverse cirrhosis at a certain extent.
