心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ在儿科心血管疾病中的临床应用及效果观察

Clinical application and effect observation of cardiac troponin I in pediatric cardiovascular diseases

目的:探讨心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ在儿科心血管疾病中的应用效果。方法:收治心血管疾病患儿80例为观察组,同期收集健康体检儿童80例为对照组。比较两组血液检测水平和检测指标特异性。结果:观察组的血液检测结果和检测指标特异性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过检测患儿Myo、cTnⅠ、CK-MB水平,能有效提高临床检测水平,同时也为儿科心血管疾病诊断提供有利的依据,具有重要的临床借鉴意义。

Objective：To investigate the application of cardiac troponin Ⅰ in pediatric cardiovascular diseases.Methods：80 cases of children with cardiovascular disease were selected as observation group,and 80 cases of healthy children were collected at the same time as control group,the blood test level and the specificity of the test indexes were compared between the two groups. Results：The blood test results and the specificity of the test index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Cardiac troponin Ⅰ has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of pediatric cardiovascular diseases.
