预防性护理在血液透析患者感染控制中的应用

Application of preventive nursing in infection control of hemodialysis patients

目的:探讨预防性护理在血液透析患者感染控制中的应用疗效。方法:收治血液透析患者66例,分为试验组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用预防性护理,比较两组感染控制效果。结果:试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,感染发生例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预防性护理在血液透析患者感染控制中的应用疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the application effect of preventive nursing in infection control of hemodialysis patients.Methods： 66 cases of hemodialysis patients were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,the control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given preventive care,we compared the control effect of the two groups.Results：In the experimental group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the number of cases of infection was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of preventive nursing in infection control of hemodialysis patients was significant.
