糖尿病合并突发性耳聋82例的治疗和护理分析

Treatment and nursing care on 82 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with sudden deafness

目的:探讨糖尿病合并突发性耳聋治疗和护理干预的效果。方法:收治突发性耳聋患者82例,诊断糖尿病合并突发性耳聋的36例患者作为研究组,剩余46例无糖尿病史患者作为对照组。结果:治疗后,研究组患者治疗护理有效率明显低于对照组,且研究组血糖控制好的患者预后的影响也明显好于控制不良者。结论:糖尿病合并突发性耳聋患者的较为难治,疗效较差,采取有效的治疗方法和护理措施,对患者的康复具有重要的意义。

Objective：To explore the effect of treatment and nursing intervention on diabetic patients with sudden deafness. Methods：82 cases of sudden deafness were selected,36 patients with diabetes combined with sudden deafness were selected as the study group,and the remaining 46 patients without diabetes history as the control group.Results：After the treatment,the effective rate of treatment nursing in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the prognosis of the patients with good blood glucose control was better than that of the control group.Conclusion：Diabetes combined with sudden deafness is more difficult to cure,and the curative effect is poor.h has great significance to take effective treatment and nursing measures for the rehabilitation of patients.
