糖尿病足愈合的影响因素及护理干预措施探讨

Influencing factors of diabetic foot healing and nursing intervention measures

目的:探讨糖尿病足愈合的影响因素与护理干预措施。方法:收治糖尿病足患者80例,随机分成观察组与参照组,每组各40例。参照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用综合护理措施干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:影响糖尿病足的因素主要是血糖、饮食、药物与护理工作人员等。观察组有效率和护理满意度均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病足患者在治疗过程当中,使用针对性的综合护理措施干预,可以有效提高患者用药依从度,促使患者康复,提高患者对护理措施的满意度。

Objective：To explore the influencing factors of diabetic foot healing and nursing intervention measures.Methods：80 diabetic foot patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,we compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results：The main factors that affect diabetic foot were blood sugar,diet,medicine and nursing staff.The effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：During the treatment of diabetic foot patients,the use of targeted comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively improve patients＇compliance with medication,promote early recovery of patients,and improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing measures.
