糖尿病患者社区治疗和强化管理的意义探究

Significance of community treatment and intensive management in diabetic patients

目的:探讨糖尿病患者社区治疗和强化管理的意义。方法:收治糖尿病患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组不采用主动治疗,观察组采用系统性强化管理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组FBG、2hPG水平明显较对照组控制平稳(P<0.05);观察组饮食控制、血糖监测、定时运动、规律服药、定期复查等执行率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病相关知识、血糖监测知识、药物知识、饮食及运动知识等知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者社区治疗和强化管理的效果显著,能有效控制血糖水平,增强自我管理能力,强化相关疾病知识,提升病情控制效果。

Objective：To explore the significance of community treatment and intensive management in diabetic patients.Methods： 200 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was not given active treatment,and the observation group was given systematic intensive management,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the levels of FBG and 2hPG were significantly more stable than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the implementation rates of diet control,blood glucose monitoring,regular exercise,regular medication,regular review were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the awareness rates of diabetes related knowledge,blood glucose monitoring knowledge,drug knowledge,diet and exercise knowledge were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Community therapy and intensive management for diabetes mellitus patients had a significant effect,which can effectively control blood sugar level,enhance self-management ability,strengthen the knowledge of related diseases,and enhance the effect of disease control.
