家庭医生服务对社区高血压患者血压控制的影响

目的:探讨家庭医生服务对社区高血压患者血压控制的影响。方法:收治社区高血压患者300例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规服务,观察组给予家庭医生服务。结果:观察组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血压水平值达标的时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血压水平监测值、自我管理能力优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组1年入院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生服务对社区高血压的应用效果确切,可控制血压水平,提高患者自我管理能力,降低入院率。

Objective：To explore the effect of family doctor service on blood pressure control in community hypertension patients. Methods：300 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine services,while the observation group was given family doctor service.Results：The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）;the time of the blood pressure level of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,and the monitoring value and self management ability- of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The admission probability of the observation group was lower than that of the control group in 1 years（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of family doctors in community hypertension is accurate,which can control blood pressure level,improve patient self-management ability and reduce hospitalization risk.
