桂林青狮潭水库浮游藻类状况及水质评价 被引量:1

摘要 2017年对青狮潭水库藻类的群落结构进行了研究,共发现藻类7门70属。绿藻门占42.6%;水库中浮游藻类细胞密度平均值为9.71×106 cells/L,全年主要以蓝藻为主,在水温较高的几个月(4~5月、7~11月)蓝藻所占比在69.8%~94.3%之间,优势种群主要为微囊藻、鱼腥藻和泽丝藻;Margalef多样性指数与Shannon-Weaver多样性指数对青狮潭水库生物多样性评价结果基本一致;水库综合营养指数在37.2~47.9之间,总氮含量是影响青狮潭水库水质的主要因素。水质总体状况较好,处于中营养,但有向富营养转变的趋势,应注意加强对水源及水库的管理和保护。 The community composition of algae senting 70 genera were found in total, of which in Qingshitan Reservoir was investigated of 2017. 7 phylum, reprechlorophyta takes up 42.6%. The average density of planktonic algae in the reservoir is 9.71~106 cells/L. Mainly Cyanobacteria was seen throughout the year, taking up 69.8%~94.3% during the periods from April to May and from July to November with relatively high water temperature. The dominant species are Microcystis, Anabaena and Limnothrix. The evaluation results of biological diversity of Qingshitan Reservoir out of Margalef diversity index and Shannon - Weaver index are basically identical. The comprehensive nutrition index was variable within 37.2~47.9. The total nitrogen content is the major factor affecting the water quality of Qingshitan Reservoir. The water quality is relatively good in general, at medium nutrient level, with a trend to eutrophication however, so the administration and protection of water sources and reservoir requires to be strengthened.
