榆溪河下游生态基流分析

随着榆林市社会经济发展对水资源的大量需求,榆溪河上先后建成5座水库。为了谋求利益最大化,各水库尽最大可能蓄水,严重危及榆溪河下游生态安全。通过分析榆溪河水资源开发情况,对榆溪河上游的4座水库下泄流量进行了探讨和计算,并用多年平均流量法确定红石峡水库以下榆溪河下游的河道基流,可供水库联防调度下的河道生态基流分析进行借鉴。
