摘要
介绍了咸阳市天然气输配三期渭河穿越工程项目概况。通过现场查勘,对项目区河道历史演变概况、近期演变及演变趋势进行了分析。采用实测资料分析、理论(经验)公式、面积比拟法,计算分析穿越工程设计洪水和河道行洪、冲刷淤积数据,核定管道穿越断面在河段的设计洪水及冲刷深度等,探讨了工程建设可能给河道防洪、河岸防护、安全度汛、工程管理等方面造成的影响,最后作出综合评价:项目可以顺利实施。
An introduction was made on the general information of the Wei River crossing works of 3rd-stage Xian-yang City natural gas transmission and distribution project. The author analyzed the historical evolution, recent evolution and evolution tendency of the river course based on field investigation; calculated the design flood, flood discharge, scouring and sediment data with measurement records, theoretical or experience formulas, area analogy method; verified the design flood and scouring depth at the pipe crossing profile; discussed the influence of project construction on flood control, bank protection, safety of flood season and construction management, based on which the comprehensive conclusion is this project is able to be constructed smoothly.
