望城区中心城区公共服务设施规划研究

Study on the Planning of Public Service Facilities in the Central District of Wangcheng District

公共服务设施规划是城市总体规划的重要组成部分,完善的公共服务设施不仅关乎居民的生活品质,更代表一个城市的经济发展水平和城市竞争力。高速城市化背景下,中心城区公共服务设施的自身特点和外部需求发生变化,望城中心城区的公共服务设施的空间分布存在内部分化,导致公共设施服务水平与发展旅游产业、地区服务中心的目标定位相比尚有较大距离。针对当前的具体问题,结合理论研究和实践总结,提出适应望城中心城区发展需要的规划改进策略。

The planning of public service facilities is an important part of the overall planning of the city. The perfect public service facilities are not only related to the living quality of the residents, but also represent the economic development level and the city competitiveness of a city. In the face of the trend of high speed urbanization under the market economy, the characteristics and external demand of public service facilities in the central urban area have changed. According to the spatial distribution of facilities service, the urban public service facilities are divided into two types： spot type and network municipal public service. There are obvious differences in the spatial distribution of public service facilities in the central urban area of Wangcheng. The serious internal differentiation causes the service level of the overall public facilities in the central city of Wangcheng and the target positioning of the tourism industry and the regional service center. In view of the current specific problems, combined with theoretical research and practice summary, the planning improvement strategy suitable for the development needs of Wangcheng central urban area is put forward.
