摘要
为确定科尔沁沙地羊草适宜N素施用量,在人工建植羊草草地设置单因素水平试验,分别施不同水平N肥量(0,100,200,300,400 kg·hm-2分别用N0,N1,N2,N3,N4表示),探究不同水平N对沙地羊草产量形成及光合特性的影响.研究表明,施N显著增加沙地羊草株高(P<0.05);不同N水平下沙地羊草茎粗、茎叶比变化差异不显著;随施N水平的增加,沙地羊草茎重、叶重及旗叶、倒二叶和倒三叶叶面积和叶绿素含量均呈先增后降趋势;N1水平下沙地羊草干草产量最高,为9 994.8 kg·hm-2.
A single factor level test was set up to determine the suitable amount of nitrogen application for Leymus chinensisin Horchin sandy soil. Nitrogen fertilizer was applied at either rates of 0, 100, 200, 300 or 400 kg·hm-2 to explore their effects on the morphological characteristics and yield of Leymuschinensis Nitrogen application sig nificantly increased plant height (P〈 0.05), and there were no significant differences in the stem diameter and stem leaf ratio at the different N levels. With the increase of N level, the content of the stem weight, leaf weight and flag leaf, the second and third leaf from leaf area and the content of chlorophyll increased and then decreased Hay yield of Leymus chinensiswas highest at an application rate of 100 kg·hm 2 with a yield of 9 994.8 kg·hm 2
