摘要 选取新疆某大型悬索桥作为工程实例,通过对大桥锚碇施工技术和施工过程的还原和展示,详细阐述了隧道锚技术在大型悬索桥梁中的应用。大桥为双索面悬索桥,主桥全长1502m,桥的北岸选用隧道锚技术,北岸锚碇隧道整个长74m,其中锚塞体占41m,水平高度差为27m。本次工程选用三台阶开挖法进行锚塞体段隧洞的开挖,隧洞内的出渣采用绞车牵引有轨矿车来实现;用分段整体滑移法对开挖完成的锚塞体隧洞以锚杆和钢结构拱架进行支护;用水平分层浇注方法来实现大体积混凝土施工。通过该隧道锚设计方案,施工方提前完成了大桥施工,缩短了工期,节约了成本。 A large-scale suspension bridge in Sinkiang is selected as the technical entity. The application of tunnel anchorage technology in the large-scale suspension bridge is elaborated in detail through the revivification and demonstration of construction technology and construction process of bridge anchorage. It is a double cable plane suspension bridge, and the full length of main bridge is 1502m. The tunnel anchorage technology is selected for the north bank of bridge. The full length of anchorage tunnel of the north bank is 74m, in which anchoring concrete plug is 41m, and horizontal height difference is 27m. The excavation of tunnel at the section of anchoring concrete plug is performed by selecting the tri-bench excavation method in this project. The deslag in the tunnel is realized by adopting the winch to drag the tracked mine car; the support of anchor rod and steel structure lagging jack for the excavated tunnel of anchoring concrete plug is realized with the slip method of subsection and entirety; the construction of mass concrete is realized with the pouring method of horizontal stratification. The construction of bridge is completed by the construction party in advance through the design scheme for tunnel anchorage, so as to shorten the days for construction and save the cost.
