纳米炭黑粒径对沥青性能的影响

摘要 以纳米炭黑作为改性材料,通过改变纳米炭黑粒径大小,分析其对沥青各项性能的影响。从沥青25℃针入度、15℃延度值、软化点、针入度指数和60℃黏度分析其变化趋势,对沥青进行旋转薄膜烘箱加热(RTFOT)短期老化试验后,分析15℃延度值、15℃延度比和25℃针入度比值,结果表明,纳米炭黑添加剂使沥青材料的温度敏感性、路用性能和抗老化性能均得到改善。综合考虑纳米炭黑沥青的各项指标,建议以粒径大小为20~25nm炭黑对沥青性能进行改善。 Taking nano carbon black as the modified material, the influence on various performance of asphalt is analyzed by changing the nano carbon black grain size. The variation tendency is analyzed from 25℃ needle penetration, 15℃ ductility value, softening point, index of needle penetration and 60℃ viscosity of asphalt. After the short-term aging test on asphalt through the heating of rolling thin film oven test (RTFOT), 15℃ ductility value, 15℃ ductility ratio and 25℃ needle penetration ratio are analyzed. The results show that, the temperature sensitivity, pavement performance and ageing resistance of asphalt material can be improved by using the additive of nano carbon black. By comprehensively considering various indexes of asphalt of nano carbon black, it is suggested that carbon black with grain size of 20~25nm can improve the performance of asphalt.
