新型改性沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘要 为了探究Thiopave新型改性沥青混合料的路用性能,选取AC-13C型级配,分别加入AH-70沥青、SBS改性沥青与Thiopave新型沥青混合料完成车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温小梁弯曲等试验。统计对比分析各类沥青混合料的高温稳定性、抗水损害能力、低温抗裂性能等指标,评价路用性能,结果表明,温拌Thiopave沥青混合料高温稳定性、抗水损害能力、低温抗裂性能均达标且路用性能优良。 In order to study the pavement performance of new modified asphalt mixture of Thiopave, AC-13C gradation is selected, and tests like wheel rutting test, Immersion Marshall Test, freeze-thaw splitting test, low-temperature beam bending test and so on are finished by respectively adding AH-70 asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and new asphalt mixture of Thiopave. Indexes like high temperature stability, water damage resistance, low temperature anti-cracking performance and so on of all kinds of asphalt mixtures are compared and analyzed by statistics, so as to evaluate the pavement performance. The results show that, the high temperature stability, water damage resistance, and low temperature anti-cracking performance of warm-mixing Thiopave asphalt mixture can meet the requirement, and the pavement performance is good.
