在进一步加强高校思想政治工作的背景下,高校文化建设呈现着"稳"与"变"的特征。党组织在高校文化建设中的作用突出,担当着"领"而"导"的角色,因此,党组织在高校文化建设的实践途经则要通过"制"文化建设架构、"度"文化建设主体,使党组织在高校文化建设中发挥最大效用。

Under the background of further strengthening ideological and political work in colleges and universities,the cultural construction of colleges and universities is characterized by “stability” and “change”. Party organizations,which serve as leaders and guiders,play a prominent role in the cultural construction of colleges and universities. Therefore,the practice of party organizations in the cultural construction of colleges and universities should construct framework based upon the culture of “system”,should establish subject based upon the culture of“regulation”,so that the role effectiveness of party organizations in the cultural construction of colleges and universities can be maximized.
