地方院校控制类研究生创新能力培养探究

Research and Exploration on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability of Control Major Postgraduates in Local Universities

创新能力是研究生综合素质最重要的方面之一,研究生培养的关键在于创新能力的培养。从内外两方面因素出发,分析当前地方院校控制类研究生创新能力培养的现状,阐述了其创新能力培养方面存在的一些问题。结合控制类研究生的专业特点和属性,以广西科技大学控制类研究生创新能力培养实践为基础,对地方院校控制类研究生创新能力培养进行了探讨并给出了一些建议。

The cultivation of innovative ability is the key quality for the postgraduate students because the creativity is one of the most important aspects of their comprehensive quality.This paper focuses on the main problems in the cultivation of innovation ability and analyzes the current situation of the innovative ability training of the control postgraduates in local universities. Consider the professional characteristics and attributes of the control postgraduate students in Guangxi University of Science and Technology. This paper shares our teaching experience and suggestions for the cultivation of the innovation ability of the postgraduate students in local universities based on the practice of the innovative ability training of the control postgraduates in our university.
