重症监护室护士心理应激源、情绪智力与感知幸福度相关性研究 被引量:4

Correlation study between psychological stressor,emotional intelligence and perceived well-being for nurses working in ICU

摘要 目的探讨心理应激源、情绪智力对重症监护室护士感知幸福度影响,为临床重症监护室护士健康干预提供依据。方法采用便利抽样对206名重症监护室护士采用护士一般资料调查表、心理应激源量表、情绪智力量表及感知幸福度量表进行调查。结果护士感知幸福度总分为(74.40±5.27)分。采用多元线性逐步回归分析显示,影响感知幸福度的因素:学历越高护士感知幸福度越好,每周工作时长越长护士感知幸福度越差,健康状况越好护士感知幸福度越好,闯入性体验得分越高护士感知幸福度越差,高警觉得分越高护士感知幸福度越差,他人情绪评价得分越高护士感知幸福度越好,情感控制得分越高护士感知幸福度越好。结论重症监护室护士感知幸福度处于中等偏上水平,且与学历、每周工作时长、健康状况、闯入性体验、高警觉、他人情绪评价及情感控制有关。 Objective To study the effect of psychological stressor and emotional intelligence on perceived well being for nurses working in ICU to provide reference for health intervention on clinical nurses working in ICU. Method Choose 206 nurses working in ICU by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire, psychological stressor scale, emotional intelligence scale and perceived well being scale. Result The total score on nurses' perception happiness degree is (74. 40± 5.27). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis show that higher education level, shorter working hours every week, better health condition, lower score on intrusion experience, lower score on high vigilance, higher score on others' emotional evaluation and higher score on emotion control lead to better perception happiness degree. Conclusion The perceived well being of nurses in ICU is above the medium level, which is related to education level, high vigilance, others' emotional evaluation and emotion control.
