"枫桥经验"的人权保障道路具有十分重要的理论价值和实践意义。"枫桥经验"及其发展在人权保障事业方面主要经历了三个阶段,业绩斐然,具有内生发展的性质和形式,根植于农村基层社会优秀传统文化与马克思主义人权观的融通,具有坚实基础、思想渊源和发展动力。"枫桥经验"人权保障的体制构建、权力规范、权利实现、法制供给与机制变革均有着创新性和实效性,具备一定的普遍意义,可复制、应推广。"枫桥经验"多层次、全方位、系统化的人权保障中,党委领导、政府主导和社会参与"三位一体"协同推动,自上而下与自下而上相结合,有着理性的人权保障意识和有序的维权行动。平等、合作、安全、包容的人权保障是"枫桥经验"传承创新的重要内容和发展任务之一。

The human rights protection road of the “Fengqiao Experience” has very important theoretical and practical values. The “Fengqiao Experience” and its development have experienced three major stages in the human rights protection and have remarkable achievements. Rooted in the integration of excellent traditional culture of rural grassroots society and the Marxist view of human rights, this experience has the nature and form of endogenous development, with its own foundation, ideological origin and development momentum. The institution construction, power regulation, rights realization, rule of law supply and mechanism change of human rights protection of the “Fengqiao Experience” are both innovative and effective, and have universal significance, thus can be copied and promoted. In the multi／｜level, all／｜round and systematic human rights protection of the “Fengqiao Experience”, the party committee leadership, government leadership and social participation form the “three in one” promoting synergy, from top to bottom and bottom／｜up, with rational human rights protection awareness and orderly activism. Equality, cooperation, security, and inclusive human rights protection has become one of the important contents and development tasks for the inheritance and innovation of the “Fengqiao Experience”.
