Application of the NK model in strategic management

当前的企业面临着巨大的环境挑战,因而迫切需要新理论和新方法来研究企业如何通过战略管理以达到更高的绩效。在介绍NK模型基本原理的基础上,围绕复杂性、绩效测度方法和创新搜寻过程的理论表征三方面分析了战略管理中NK模型的具体应用。研究表明NK模型能卓有成效地解决战略管理中的复杂性和绩效测度问题以及指导企业作出更优越的战略决策。由此分析NK模型的未来应用趋势,旨在解决与企业绩效更相关和更深入的问题。

At present, enterprises are facing with huge environmental challenges, so new theories and methods are urgently needed to study how to achieve higher performance through strategic management. The author introduced the basic principles of the NK model, and analyzed the specific application of the NK model in strategic management from three aspects： complexity, performance measurement method and theoretical characterization of innovative search process. The study shows that the NK model can effectively solve various complexity and performance measurement problems in strategic management and guide enterprises to make better strategic decisions. Therefore, the future application trend of the NK model is analyzed, aiming at solving more related deeper problems with enterprise performance.
