论高校图书馆服务营销的第四里程碑 被引量:1

摘要 本文在市场营销技术嫁接和信息资源时空配置的视角下,梳理了图书馆阅读推广与图书馆服务营销策略的三个里程碑或三种境界,回溯了图书馆员常规管理能力、细化分析能力、品牌策划能力和创新能力的历练过程,为下一步图书馆业的服务营销策略的升华提供了新路径。
