摘要 针对低温环境对柴油电站工作性能的影响,从柴油电站发动机启动要求入手,分析了低温环境对电站柴油机各系统的影响及其对电站静音箱体结构设计的要求,并对低温环境下发动机的保温和辅助启动策略进行了综述,指出可通过改进柴油电站箱体的结构、增加保温和辅助启动措施以及采取自动化控制相结合的策略来提高电站低温环境下的工作效能,可为低温地区环境下柴油电站的技术改进和发电机组选型提供实践参考。 Focusing on the effects of low-temperature environment on the working performance of the diesel power station, starting with the start-up requirements of diesel engines, the study analyzes effects of low-temperature environment on various systems of diesel engines, along with the requirements of the sound attenuated enclosures of power stations. In this paper, strategies of engine heat preservation and auxiliary start-up in low temperature environment are summarized. The study points out that improving the structural design of enclosures, adding insulation and auxiliary startups, and combining automatic controls can improve the working performance of power stations in low-temperature environment. It is a practical reference for power station technical improvement and generator set selection in a low-temperature environment.
