摘要
氧氯化锆、硝酸钇为锆源和钇源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,用一种简单共沉积的方法,不用磷酸作为结构稳定剂,在水溶液中合成了具有晶化骨架的大孔径介孔氧化锆(ZrO_2)和掺钇氧化锆(Y-ZrO_2)。通过SEM、EDS、XRD、紫外-可见、红外、N2物理吸附(BET)仪对样品进行表征,结果表明:500℃焙烧后的ZrO_2和Y-ZrO_2样品的平均孔径分别为9.5和7.3nm,且具有大的比表面积(203.4和213.6 m2/g),和大孔容(0.38和0.36 cc/g)。钇的掺入,使孔径分布更窄,同时使孔壁主要保持在四方相,可望作为优良的吸附剂或催化剂。
Zirconium oxychloride, yttrium nitrate were zirconium sources and yttrium sources, and Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) was used as template. A simple eo - deposition method has been developed for the syntheses of large - pore mesoporous zireonia ( ZrO2 ) and yttrium - doped zirconia ( Y - ZrO2 ) with crystalline frameworks in aqueous solutions without adding phosphoric acid. The samples were characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD, UV visible, ilffrared, and N2 physical adsorption (BET). The results show that the average pore sizes of ZrO2 and Y - ZrO2 samples calcined at 500℃ were 9.5 and 7.3 nm, respectively,with large specific surface areas (203.4 and 213. 6 m^2/g) and large pore volume (0. 38 and 0. 36 co/g) respectively. Due to the incorporation of yttrium, the pore size distribution was narrower and the pore wall remained mainly in tetragonal phase, which will be beneficial to the catalytic action. The materials are expected to be excellent adsorbents or catalysts.
