摘要
本文利用桑叶和杜仲以一定比例复合研制出了具有一定降糖功能的、酸甜可口的保健产品。正交试验结果表明桑叶杜仲复合速溶粉最佳配方为因素为A3B3C2D1,即桑叶速溶粉∶杜仲速溶粉为2∶1,木糖醇2%,甘草速溶粉1.5%,柠檬酸1%。利用此配方所得的产品在水溶液中溶解后适口性好,酸甜可口,携带方便。为以后的实际生产提供参考。
This paper investigated a healthy product with hypoglycemic function and sweet and sour taste by using mulberry leaf and eucommia ulmoides in a certain proportion. The optimum formula of mulberry leaf eucommia ulmoides compound instant powder was A3 B3 C2 D1, that is,mulberry leaf instant powder: eucommia ulmoides to mulberry leaf instant powder was 2:1 ,xylitol 2% ,licorice instant powder 1.5 % , citric acid 1%. The product obtained from this formula has good palatability, sweet and sour taste and is easy to carry. Provide reference for future actual production. This provides a reference for future actual production.
