波浪能液压系统单向阀优化分析

摘要 针对波浪能液压系统自吸回路单向阀需要加压开启或内部无序流动的问题,提出了零重力无压开启策略。通过对比分析单向直通阀不同阀芯形式的优缺点,说明了球阀的可行性。为提升球阀的流动特性,优化单向阀的弹簧力与阀芯重力差,实现吸油回路阀芯的零重力和无压开启,结合液压回路短程设计,改善了液压系统效率。通过实验室在不同流量下的效率测试和海试运行的状态,结果显示该方案具有可行性,不仅减小了沿程损失,也保证了工程化的安全性。 Aiming at the problem that the check valve of the Self-priming circuit of the wave energy hydraulic system needs to be opened at press or disorderly flow occurs internally, the zero gravity open strategy was proposed. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the different spool forms of the one-way through valves, the feasibility of the ball valves was explained. To improve the flow characteristics of the ball valves, the zero gravity of the valve core and no pressure opening were real-ized by optimized the spring force of the check valve and valve core gravity difference, and combined with the short range design of the hydraulic circuit, the hydraulic system efficiency was improved. Through the efficiency test of the laboratory under different flow rate and the state of sea trial operation, the results show that the scheme is feasible, which not only reduces the loss along the path, but also ensures the safe-ty of engineering.
